The table was compiled from MLS data.  409 properties were SOLD in LOUDOUN COUNTY, Virginia, during the month of MARCH 2010 in the $100,000 to $5Million price range. Out of those 409 properties, 237 SOLD within 0-30 days of being put on the market.

The Bar Graph is a distribution of the Listing Prices for the properties that were listed in MLS-MRIS and SOLD in LOUDOUN COUNTY, Virginia, during the month of MARCH 2010.  The Bar Graph applies to $1,000 to $5 Million price range.
