The Table below shows the most relevant real estate data for the month of OCTOBER 2009 and compares it with the previous month and the previous year, SEPTEMBER 2009 and OCTOBER 2008, respectively, in the $100,000 to $5 Million price range. The Table was compiled from MLS data.  1,203 properties were SOLD in FAIRFAX COUNTY, Virginia, during the month of OCTOBER 2009 in the $100,000 to $5Million price range. Out of those 1,203 properties, 747 SOLD within 0-30 days of being put on the market.

The Bar Graph is a distribution of the Listing Prices for the  properties that were listed in the MLS-MRIS in FAIRFAX COUNTY, Virginia, and SOLD during the month of OCTOBER 2009.  The Bar Graph applies to $1,000 to $5 Million price range. The actual Selling Price may differ from the Listing Price. The Bar Graph does not take into account Seller subsidies and contributions to the Buyer, only the Listing Price in the MLS at the time of the Offer.
