The table was compiled from MLS data.  74 properties were SOLD in FAUQUIER COUNTY, Virginia, during the month of AUGUST 2010 in the $100,000 to $5Million price range. Out of those 74 properties,  30 SOLD within 0-30 days of being on the market.

The Median Sale Price means that 50% of the SOLD homes were above the median price and 50% of the SOLD homes were below the median price.  The MEDIAN Sale Price in FAUQUIER COUNTY, Virginia, was $251K for AUGUST 2010.
