The Table was compiled from MLS data.  1,321 properties were SOLD in FAIRFAX COUNTY, Virginia, during the month of APRIL 2010 in the $100,000 to $5Million price range. Out of those 1,321 properties, 950 SOLD within 0-30 days of being on the market.

The Bar Graph is a distribution of the Listing Prices for the  properties that were listed in the MLS-MRIS in FAIRFAX COUNTY, Virginia, and SOLD during the month of APRIL 2010.  The Bar Graph applies to $1,000 to $5 Million price range.
