The Table below shows the most relevant real estate data for the month of DECEMBER 2009 and compares it with the previous month and the previous year, NOVEMBER 2009 and DECEMBER 2008, respectively, in the $100,000 to $5 Million price range. The table was compiled from MLS data.  413 properties were SOLD in LOUDOUN COUNTY, Virginia, during the month of DECEMBER 2009 in the $100,000 to $5Million price range. Out of those 413 properties, 260 SOLD within 0-30 days of being put on the market.

The Bar Graph is a distribution of the Listing Prices for the properties that were listed in MLS-MRIS and SOLD in LOUDOUN COUNTY, Virginia, during the month of DECEMBER 2009.  The Bar Graph applies to $1,000 to $5 Million price range. The actual Selling Price may differ from the Listing Price.
