The Table below shows the most relevant real estate data for the month of MAY 2010 and compares it with the previous month and the previous year, APRIL 2010 and MAY 2009, respectively, in the $100,000 to $5 Million price range. The table was compiled from MLS data.  70 properties were SOLD in FAUQUIER COUNTY, Virginia, during the month of MAY 2010 in the $100,000 to $5Million price range. Out of those 70 properties,  42 SOLD within 0-30 days of being on the market.

The Median Sale Price means that 50% of the SOLD homes were above the median price and 50% of the SOLD homes were below the median price.  The MEDIAN Sale Price in FAUQUIER COUNTY, Virginia, was $250K for MAY 2010.
