The Table below shows the most relevant real estate data for the month of AUGUST 2010 and compares it with the previous month and the previous year, JULY 2010 and AUGUST 2009, respectively, in the $100,000 to $5 Million price range. The table was compiled from MLS data.  74 properties were SOLD in FAUQUIER COUNTY, Virginia, during the month of AUGUST 2010 in the $100,000 to $5Million price range. Out of those 74 properties,  30 SOLD within 0-30 days of being on the market.

The Median Sale Price means that 50% of the SOLD homes were above the median price and 50% of the SOLD homes were below the median price.  The MEDIAN Sale Price in FAUQUIER COUNTY, Virginia, was $251K for AUGUST 2010.

The Average Sale Price was calculated by combining the Sale Prices of all the homes that SOLD during the month of AUGUST 2010 in FAUQUIER COUNTY, Virginia, and dividing the Total by the number of homes.  The AVERAGE Sale Price in FAUQUIER COUNTY, Virginia, was $297K  for the month of AUGUST 2010.
